We were impressed by the really good staff who provided prompt and courteous service. The hotel facilities including cleanliness and parking were excellent. The breakfast was good and the language proficiency of the staff was amazing. the location was perfect, being situated in the heart of the city while being very close to the Mall of Istanbul, the biggest mall in the area.
Not obvious to find, but once we arrived at the hotel, everything was perfect.

Everything was fine, liked my stay there. The hotel was located next to airport as well as the main attractions. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator in my classic suite were a very thoughtful addition.

We loved staying at this place! It was so close to the mall, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We took advantage of the car hire service and had a blast driving around town. The room was fantastic with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and room service. The in-room safe was perfect for keeping our valuables secure, and the terrace had beautiful garden furniture for relaxing in the evening.

The apartments were spacious with great views and had a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the breakfast spread was delicious.
The maintenance of the rooms was lacking. We had a broken shower handle in one room and a broken towel bar in another.
